Terms
These are a starting point, not legal advice. They describe what is being offered here. Read them, change them to match what you actually do, and take advice if your jurisdiction requires it.
What is being sold
A rectangle of pixels on a public grid, and the right to place one image and one link in it. Nothing else. In particular, no traffic, no impressions, and no outcome is promised.
Permanence, and its one limit
The rectangle does not expire and is not renewed. It stays until the grid does not.
That is a commitment about TIME, not about the image. The operator may hide an image; see the next section. Hiding does not resell the pixels.
The operator's rights
The operator may hide, refuse or remove any image, with or without a reason, including after payment. The rules page describes what is normally refused; that list is not exhaustive.
Where an image is refused after payment, the operator may instead refund it. A refund returns the money AND returns the pixels to the grid, where somebody else may buy them.
Reservations
A selection is reserved while payment runs. A reservation that runs out releases the pixels and charges nothing.
If two people select the same pixels at once, only one purchase completes. The other is refused before payment, or refunded in full if payment had already settled.
Your responsibilities
You warrant that you may lawfully use the image you upload and lawfully promote the address you submit, and that both are lawful where this grid operates.
Availability
The grid is provided as-is. There is no uptime commitment.
Changes
These terms may change. The version in force is the one published here.
